This is a commission for Nasarawa State, aimed in introducing an underpass to the main Makurdi Jos Road to reduce traffic on the highway and allow a safe interchange to the Doma Lafi Road and its secondary roads. The current conditions with many motorcycle and unorganized public transportation requires the expansion of the roundabout inserting bus stops and pedestrian crossing.

Designing the new underpass on Emir Palace Street in Lafia, Nasarawa State, Nigeria is an important infrastructure improvement to the circulation , expansion of the highway to accommodate the fast growth of the city. Road and lanes proportion are carefully considered respecting the traffic study conducted.
