The commissioned event management have set out the brand and communication identity for the whole waterfront, and work have begun on site within 1 month from the implementation date. The team travelled to Jeddah to collaborate with the directors, scenographer and production managers in designing and building the temporary structure within a month to the grand opening.

The master plan was developed by the design team and divided into 6 zones, each in its unique set of experiences, structures and interactions. For the first time in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah Season promoted openness, advancement and tourism across every level, from the creation of the concept to the decisions made on the type of activities offered through out the festival.

All complete design development and construction was done within 1 month of being on site simultaneously so high coordination was required to design, submit, approve, source and construct the project on time for the opening in June 2019.
