The family of 10, includes members of different tastes, needs and lifestyle, however the common goal of creating a design that can cater all their needs have allowed us to set a common ground for everyone.

The exterior is a minimal neoclassic with refined details and engaging landscape for the family members to plant and hangout around the fountain: Harmonizing the proportions, amplifying the beauty and elegance. The Villa is a true reflection of its residents where everything was thought of as a long term investment for future generations to grow and thrive in.

The interior is delicately designed with, satisfying the residents taste and social needs, transition from public to private as we go up the floors.

The ground floor level is mostly for large gatherings from formal to more casual, keeping the delicate space divisions and entrances separate for privacy and functionality. Each zone reflects the specific social and cultural needs, so the overall design aims to create a diversity for the visitors while keeping a seamless transition.

The first floor is dedicated to the immediate family members with several gathering, eating and playing spaces. The design includes a touch of modernity that reflects the lifestyle of its members and their needs in the present and future.

The upper second floor is a mixture of guest and family spaces, with a large cinema room and gym, and a studio designed for extended family members to have their own private space and terrace.
